Mobile dispensing system of engaging design is appointed for dish dispensation and partially also for its preparation in restaurant and at social board banquets.Basic elements constitutes refrigerated, warm and neutral islands of various number of GN containers. Progressive construction enhanced by top-class technical parameters which secure perfect dish and beverage preservation by its dispensation. Wide offer of accessory scales up the variable use of single modules.
Refrigerated islands are exclusively equipped with specially designed tank with forced air circulation what is guarantee of violent and uniform cooling not only of own tank but also of space over the stoder dish or beverage. Automatic defrosting and condensate disposal is of standard facility.
Except of hygienic cover which is of integral part the island can be equipped with linen baldachin according to customer´s specification and also with lengthwise or lateral shelves according to standard offer.
